The Hindu Property Expo 2026 to Open at Chennai Trade Centre on September 5

The Hindu Property Expo 2026 will take place on September 5 and 6 at the Chennai Trade Centre, gathering real estate developers, builders, property consultants, and financial institutions under one roof. The two-day exhibition, presented by Bank of Baroda, is organised for prospective homebuyers and individuals seeking real estate investment opportunities.
The expo will feature more than 200 projects from over 45 leading developers across the sector. Visitors will have access to a diverse portfolio of real estate options, including premium residences, plotted developments, and commercial spaces, as well as farmlands and farmhouses.
Organisers noted that the inclusion of farmland and farmhouse projects is targeted at buyers exploring alternatives to conventional city housing. These properties offer prospective buyers avenues for acquiring second homes, weekend retreats, and long-term real estate investments.
Financial institutions providing home loans and property finance solutions will also be stationed at the venue. Representatives will guide attendees through loan eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, available financing options, and repayment structures.
With developers, consultants, and finance professionals gathered at the venue, attendees will be able to review and compare projects, assess potential investments, and receive professional guidance in a single setting.
Mehul H. Doshi, president of CREDAI Chennai, will serve as the chief guest for the expo. The guests of honour will include Suman Voora, secretary of CREDAI Chennai, and Ravindra Rai M., chief general manager of Bank of Baroda.
