TVS Supply Chain Solutions Reports Q1 Operational Profit Growth of 156% to Rs 22.5 Crore

Chennai-headquartered TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) reported a 156 percent year-on-year surge in operational profit after tax to Rs 22.5 crore for the first quarter of FY27, rising from Rs 8.8 crore in the same period a year earlier.
The company's operational growth was driven by strong revenue performance and improved profit margins. Revenue from operations increased by 29 percent year-on-year to reach Rs 3,335.2 crore, up from Rs 2,592.3 crore in Q1 FY26. Meanwhile, adjusted EBITDA recorded a 34 percent rise to Rs 232.2 crore.
While operational profit grew significantly, reported profit after tax declined 68 percent year-on-year to Rs 22.5 crore from Rs 71.1 crore. The higher figure in Q1 FY26 was attributed to a one-time gain from an InVIT in the year-ago period.
Performance across segments contributed to the positive start to FY27, with momentum sustained in the Integrated Supply Chain Solutions (ISCS) business. Higher freight volumes and improved profitability in the Global Forwarding Solutions (GFS) segment further aided overall results. The Indian market served as a primary growth driver, where revenue grew 43.9 percent to Rs 997.7 crore from Rs 693.6 crore in the corresponding quarter.
The quarter also marked the company's highest-ever quarterly new business wins, totaling Rs 543 crore. Managing Director Vikas Chadha highlighted that TVS SCS holds an order pipeline of over Rs 7,500 crore, providing strong visibility for future performance and supporting expectations of mid-teen growth for FY27.
