TNUHDB Chairman Ku.PA. Krishnan Praises TVK Government's First 100 Days

Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board (TNUHDB) chairman Ku.PA. Krishnan announced on Sunday that the TVK government has achieved significant milestones during its first 100 days in power. Speaking to reporters during a press conference at Pudukkottai, Krishnan asserted that the party is steadily developing into a movement structured to endure for 1,000 years.

Highlighting administrative initiatives, Krishnan stated that Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay has introduced the full and uninterrupted live telecast of the state legislative assembly proceedings. He described the measure as a historic step toward establishing total transparency and public accountability in the century-old legislature. According to Krishnan, the live broadcasts have enabled members of the public to directly watch assembly sessions and assess the performance of their elected MLAs.

Addressing the conduct of the opposition, Krishnan remarked that there has been no visible change in the DMK's behavior inside the assembly. He stated that one cannot expect patience from the party as its conduct remains consistent with past patterns.

Krishnan further noted that the DMK's internal organisational restructuring following its electoral defeat was prompted by a strategic response to evolving political dynamics rather than fear.

Responding to statements from TNCC president Manickam Tagore, who alleged that TVK ministers and functionaries continue to operate with a "fan mentality," Krishnan advised him to read Tamil history. He dismissed the criticism, adding that such remarks are expected and do not concern the party.
