Sivakarthikeyan Inaugurates Kalyan Jewellers' ATM Showroom in T Nagar

Akshaya Thanga Maligai, a regional jewellery brand from the house of Kalyan Jewellers, opened its first showroom on North Usman Road near Panagal Park in T. Nagar on Friday.

The showroom was inaugurated by Tamil film actor Sivakarthikeyan, who serves as the brand ambassador for the new venture.

Speaking at the launch, Sivakarthikeyan said that Akshaya Thanga Maligai connects directly with Tamil traditions and everyday life, describing it as a commitment to quality, fair value, and local culture for visiting families.

T.S. Kalyanaraman, managing director of Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd, stated that the brand was established with a focus on serving Tamil Nadu with a hyper-local jewellery retail experience backed by the company's established quality standards and transparency.

The brand has committed to certified purity and affordable pricing, with value addition charges capped between 1% and 10%.

Following the opening of the T. Nagar showroom, the company announced plans to expand its presence by opening five stores across Tamil Nadu by the end of this year.
