Milky Mist Raises Rs 465 Crore From 19 Anchor Investors Ahead of IPO

Chennai-based dairy products company Milky Mist Dairy Food raised Rs 465.30 crore from 19 anchor investors on August 10, 2026, ahead of its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on August 11 and will close on August 13.
The Board's IPO Committee met on August 10, 2026, to finalise the allotment of 3,32,35,713 equity shares to the anchor investors. The shares, which have a face value of Rs 2 each, were allocated at a price of Rs 140 per share, comprising the Rs 2 face value and a share premium of Rs 138.
Singapore-based Zulia Investments Pte Ltd was the single largest investor in the anchor allocation. The firm acquired 1,14,28,670 shares, accounting for 34.4 percent of the total anchor portion, with an investment worth Rs 160 crore.
Domestic mutual funds also secured a significant share of the anchor round. A total of nine domestic mutual funds, operating across 13 schemes, received 1,53,78,056 shares. This represented 46.1 percent of the anchor allocation, valued at Rs 215.3 crore.
The anchor placement for the Tamil Nadu enterprise was managed by JM Financial, Axis Capital, and IIFL Capital Services.
