Kushboo Sundar Invites Chief Minister Vijay to Daughter Avantika's Wedding
Actor-politician Kushboo Sundar and her family met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay at his residence in Chennai to personally invite him to her daughter Avantika’s upcoming wedding.
The family group, which included Kushboo's husband and filmmaker Sundar C, their daughters Avantika and Anandita, and Avantika's fiancé Shravan Sreenivasan, spent time with the Chief Minister to seek his blessings for the nuptials.
Following the meeting, Kushboo shared photographs of the visit on her Instagram account. She described the occasion as a truly special and memorable day for her family, referring to Chief Minister Vijay as her "dearest brother" and extending the invitation for her daughter’s wedding with Shravan Sreenivasan.
According to her social media post, her children were absolutely thrilled during the interaction and could not take their eyes off him. Kushboo noted that despite the Chief Minister’s demanding schedule, he welcomed the family with the same warmth, affection, and beautiful smile that they have always cherished. She expressed her gratitude for his time, love, and blessings, stating that it meant more than words could express.
The relationship between Kushboo and the Chief Minister has a history of mutual support. Kushboo had previously congratulated Vijay on his victory in the Tamil Nadu assembly elections and on subsequently taking his oath as the acting Chief Minister. At the time, she shared that it was an emotional moment on a personal note to see her younger brother behind the table as Chief Minister, emphasizing that their mutual love and respect is forever.
The invitation to Chief Minister Vijay follows another high-profile visit by the family. A few days prior to meeting Vijay, Kushboo and her family travelled to Delhi to personally present a wedding invitation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Prime Minister met with the family, took time out of his busy schedule, and offered his blessings to the engaged couple.
