CM C Joseph Vijay Skips Avantika Sundar Wedding in Goa as Trisha Krishnan Attends

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and actor C. Joseph Vijay did not attend the wedding of Avantika Sundar, the elder daughter of actor-politician Khushbu Sundar and filmmaker Sundar C, which took place recently at a destination resort in Goa. Earlier this month, the family had personally met the Chief Minister at his Chennai residence to extend the wedding invitation, but official commitments kept him from attending.

While Chief Minister Vijay was absent from the celebration, actress Trisha Krishnan was among the prominent guests who traveled to the destination resort in Goa to attend the event. Despite the absence of the Chief Minister, the wedding remained a star-studded gathering of industry veterans.

Logistical challenges and a highly demanding official schedule are cited as the primary reasons for the Chief Minister skipping the celebration in Goa. Chief Minister Vijay has been managing a tight itinerary following his recent political commitments, making travel out of the state difficult.
