Chengalpet to Host Private Job Fair on Aug. 21 Offering Over 5,000 Vacancies

The Chengalpet district administration is scheduled to organise a private employment camp on August 21 at the Chengalpet district Collector’s office. More than 50 private firms will take part in the fair, offering over 5,000 jobs to job seekers.

Chengalpet District Collector M. Veerappan announced that the camp will be conducted at the Chengalpet district employment guidance centre. He requested the youth to make active use of the event and noted that participation is completely free of charge for both recruiting employers and candidates.

Applicants aged between 18 and 40 years are eligible to participate in the drive. The camp is open to candidates with educational backgrounds ranging from eighth standard to degree and diploma levels.

In addition to general graduates, candidates with qualifications in ITI, nursing, pharmacy, and laboratory assistant trades possessing the required credentials can also participate.

Job seekers can register themselves on the portal at www.tnprivatejobs.tn.gov.in. Candidates attending the drive are required to visit the venue between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, bringing their resumes, photographs, and copies of their educational certificates.
