AR Rahman's Son Ameen Sustains Minor Injuries in Chennai Car Crash

Music composer AR Rahman’s son Ameen sustained minor injuries in the early hours of Monday after the Porsche car in which he was travelling was hit by a cab near the Olympia Tech Park signal.

The collision occurred at around 3:30 am while Ameen and his friend were travelling from Koyambedu toward Guindy. Both Ameen and his friend were injured during the impact.

Following the crash, Ameen and his friend were transported to Kauvery Hospital for medical care. Doctors treated their injuries, and both were discharged shortly afterward.

A passenger in the Wagon R cab was also injured in the collision and was taken to Kalaignar Centenary Super Speciality Hospital. Medical personnel treated the passenger, who was subsequently discharged.

Both vehicles involved in the crash suffered physical damage. The Adyar Traffic Police have seized both the Porsche and the Wagon R cab and registered an official case regarding the incident. Officers are currently conducting an investigation to ascertain the exact circumstances that led to the accident.
